New defibrillator at Moorhall
Members of the Garratt family joined Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service, Mayor Bill Storey and members of Bakewell Town Council to mark the installation of a new public access defibrillator outside the Moorhall General Store.
The installation of this defibrillator will serve a large residential area and is the first public access device of this type outside the town centre.

Supporting Bakewell in Bloom - weeding event Monday 8th July 2019
Organised by the Royal British Legion, there will be a deweeding event in Bakewell Town Centre to help support Bakewell in Bloom's entry to the East Midlands in Bloom Competition.
It all starts off outside Bakewell Town Hall at 6pm on Monday 8th July 2019 and will last for up to two hours at various locations around town. Bring gloves and anything which may help rid weeds and tidy things up.
